Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) Data Manager

 


Our Indiana public sector client is implementing a multi-year, federally funded rural health transformation initiative designed to strengthen healthcare delivery, workforce capacity, and health outcomes across the state. The program supports innovation, regional collaboration, infrastructure development, and expanded access to care throughout Indiana’s rural communities.

This role contributes directly to statewide efforts focused on improving care coordination, system performance, and sustainable health outcomes in underserved regions. 

 


Description of Duties:

The MIH Data Manager will support data analytics, governance, and reporting activities related to mobile integrated health and emergency medical services initiatives.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and analyzing healthcare and EMS-related data to support program initiatives
  • Supporting data governance practices, data quality standards, and documentation protocols
  • Developing and maintaining performance reports and dashboards
  • Monitoring performance measurement metrics and supporting outcome tracking
  • Collaborating with program leadership and stakeholders to ensure accurate data interpretation and reporting
  • Supporting continuous improvement through data-driven insights

  


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, healthcare data management, or EMS data governance
  • Demonstrated experience with data governance, reporting, and performance measurement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with healthcare or public health data environments
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

 


Working Schedule and Travel:

  • On-site – Indianapolis (5 days on-site)

 


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, health informatics, public health, or related field
