Description of Duties:

This role oversees physician engagement and preceptor administration activities supporting rural workforce expansion. The Director will manage program operations, provider engagement, and grant compliance related to clinical training and readiness efforts.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage physician/preceptor engagement strategies
• Coordinate contracts, incentives, and training frameworks
• Oversee reporting and grant deliverables
• Engage healthcare systems and rural providers
• Align program operations with statewide workforce strategies

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in workforce development, grant management, or project management
• Experience working in public health, public administration, workforce development, or healthcare program environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Strong organizational, leadership, and program oversight skills
• Experience supporting compliance, reporting, and structured program administration

Working Schedule and Travel:

• Hybrid – Indianapolis (2 days on-site, 3 days remote)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, workforce development, business administration, or related field
