Description of Duties:

As a Workday FIN Accounting and Budgets Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective solutions for a Government Client implementation project. Day-to-day activities will include collaborating with multiple teams, providing solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams, and guiding our client to make key decisions related to their FIN configuration.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience consulting with clients on configuration solutions for Workday Financial Data Model (FDM), Financial Accounting, and Budgets modules.
  • Government experience is highly desired.
  • Workday Financials Certification required (Implementer Certification)
  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Experience with guiding clients to make key decisions.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks
  • Able to work in a collaborative team environment to obtain best results
  • Work as a topmost trusted partner with aFit and the client
  • Provide attention to details

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, a related field or equivalent experience.
