Description of Duties:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry & Admin Specialist to support the migration of a large number of services for a centralized payment engine. This role is ideal for someone with strong data management and administrative skills who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update service-related data into the new centralized payment platform.
  • Review, organize, and cross-check data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Track migration progress using spreadsheets or other tracking tools.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to clarify data discrepancies or obtain missing information.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the project team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive payment and customer data.
  • Meet daily/weekly data migration targets under minimal supervision.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and data management systems.
  • Comfortable working with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work onsite daily in downtown Indianapolis from Sept 15 – Oct 31.
  • Experience with payment systems or financial data entry is a plus.
  • Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks.
  • Able to work in a collaborative team environment to obtain the best results.

Location: Onsite – Downtown Indianapolis, IN

Duration: Full-Time, September 15 – October 31, 2025

Education:
